Every loan is first-lien, secured by physical collateral, underwritten conservatively, and structured so capital comes back before yield is celebrated. Until this strategy compounds without exception, nothing else moves.

Data-center credit

The earned extension

Data-center credit applies the same preservation-first frame to a different class of collateral — long-duration digital infrastructure with contracted cash flows. It is in development, not deployed: the work today is underwriting, partner selection, and structure. It opens only after real-estate credit has earned it.
